Purchases and Payments

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only applicable for eSIM activation failures caused by technical errors on our side. Once an eSIM redemption code is generated or shared, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.

Limitation of Liability

• EasySIM is not liable for device incompatibility, user errors, or issues arising from third-party telecommunications networks.
• We are not responsible for interruptions in service caused by unforeseen circumstances.
